Knife Project and Bridge Edge do not make a clean cut

I am trying to cut a hole through an object using a circle and the Knife Project and Bridge Edge tools but for some reason, I noticed the cut it’s not going through all the way.

You are jumping the gun with using Bridge Edge Loops…you still have geometry ( filled Circle ) that will effect the Bridge…you need to add a couple of steps…
1> after Project … X > delete Faces That will clear the hole…
2. Now you have to select the Loops
3 Bridge edge Loops…

This is indeed what I am looking for just tell me there is an easier way to select those Loops than this:

Use Alt+Shift and Left select as you hover over the loop…

NOTE: after the Knife Project the loop will usually be separated into 4 quadrents…so make sure to select all of them…rotate and Alt+Shift Left select bottom then Bridge Loops…
