Knotwork Sword Hilt for 3D Printing

Hi everyone, I’m trying to build a sword similar to the one in the following link:
http://www.albion-swords.com/swords/albion/nextgen/sword-viking-valkyrja.htm

As this sword is itself based on a historical finding, there’s no problem with copyright infringement. This is hopefully what the sword should look like in the end:

There are 4 hilt parts I want to have modelled. If you’re interested, pm me a quote (I don’t have a lot of money but I’ll see what I can do), and if we reach an agreement I’ll send you the svg files of the template.

Guard and Pommel

For casting purposes I (probably) only need one side of the guard and the pommel as in the plan. I don’t know the dimensions of the tang slots just yet (my sword blade hasn’t arrived) but I’m pretty sure that can be added in later on without much trouble.
You’re welcome to attempt the knotwork details like in the albion Valkyrja, but it isn’t required; I was planning on carving the details by hand. Here is a full picture of the knotwork if you’re interested:

Ferrules

One ferrule sit on top of the guard, and the other below the pommel. They have an entwined rope decoration, the only external reference I have is this: http://bladesmithsforum.com/uploads/monthly_03_2009/post-99-1236466112.jpg
'Tis a bit pixelated I’m afraid.

The bottom ferrule should fit snugly on top of the guard. Again I don’t have exact tang slot dimensions, but hopefully that can be added in later.

Finally, I might ask for small adjustments to some of the measurements to reduce/increase volume. The balance of the sword is quite sensitive to the weight of the hilt parts. Thanks for looking, pm if you have any questions.
