My submission for the CGBoost challenge, the theme was mythology. The theme was “Mythology” and I went with a Kraken.

I ran out of time to polish it even more, so this is the final version (I was aware this could happen, so I worked on the important things first), however I am very happy with the result. I tried a lot of workflows and experimented, and I learned quite a bit from it, which is what matter to me.
I used a concrete and sea foam picture from Pexels. Everything else is made from scratch.
Main software used : Blender 3.0 + Cycles, Affinity Photo, Adobe Substance 3D Painter
