Kratos 3D Model

As a greek this a model i wanted to make for some time.
Kratos as a spartan army captain.
Sculpting in Zbrush.
Modeling and Rendering in Blender 2.80.
Textures made in zbrush and Photoshop.

Hi, I’ve seen all the models you poster here and I think they’re better each time. The second image is very good. It really looks like a picture!!! Good job. I was wondering how you were creating the maps and how you connect them in your skin node. I’m asking to you and an other artist who made a self portrait because I’m trying to improve my renders. So if you’ve got time to answer and to show a little more of your “behind the scenes”, I thank you :wink::blush:

hey thanks for the good words!
my skin set up is quite normal…i use the albedo for the base color and ss color…
then i use an orange rgb for the ss radius…
then i use a spec map and a gloss map with a color ramp to it,so i can control the roughness…
finally i use a displacement map…
and that’s it!
