is there any way it can be in blender?
It’s been weeks I’m trying without a proper result.

Interesting effect, wish I would have thought of it…
What have you tried so far? What hasn’t worked for you?
Break it down into parts. First part is the screen inflates like a balloon. I used shapekeys on a model of my phone, and I got this:
It’s rough and needs improvement.
Next part is the screen exploding. Make a duplicate object of the inflated screen and use the explode modifier on the duplicate to get the explosion.
Get that much working, and we can talk about the rest…
