Very realistic! Could you shed any light on how the lamb was animated? Is this some sort of mocap, or hand animated, or even largely procedural? It looks very natural, with the small ear movements and all.
This model is by Superb CG it comes with 5 animations, I had to adjust the hair and all the particle systems on the sheep so it works properly in Blender. It took me a while, but there is some error still on the fur.
