Lamborghini V12 Vision GT - Blender Car Animation + Breakdown

Description

Made this short car animation in Blender 4.1 back in February, rendered in Cycles and graded in DaVinci Resolve. The stills are from the three camera angles, each with its greyscale and raw render next to the final grade. The full video with sound and a breakdown is linked.

It started as a Mazda Furai test scene from BlenderKit. The Lambo was swapped onto the same car rig later (55 bones, with ground sensors and suspension), so the animation carried over. The cameras are parented to the car body, 18-25 mm. The desert is True-Terrain with Botaniq grass and rocks scattered on it, plus BlenderKit assets for the road, rocks and quiver trees.

Rendered on the GPU in Cycles at 128 samples, denoised, with motion blur at 1080p and upscaled to 4K. 5,304 frames over four days, about 17 hours of rendering in total.
