How did you guys learn how to create realistic,what course or video did you follow.
I have done some research on blender character creation ,but i only found a few course on it.

I would say it’s not only by tutorials… Some topics are full of good tricks for realism.
For example on BA, you should have a look on the Human Progress WIP
