Light reflection on glass

Hello guys

I’m struggling with the reflection of light sources on a glass material.
The only way to remove the light source I’ve found is to switch off “glossy” in “object properties”, but that removes glossiness and shadows at all (see pic.2)

Is there a way to keep glossiness and shadows, and remove only those small white dots which come from the light sources?

This brings to the same result as in pic.2. No light source in the camera, not glass effect.

thats because you’re removing the glossy ray visibility from the glass, not the light. select the light.


removed transmission and glossy. using standard glass shader, not sure what you’re using.

I usually just uncheck the use multiple importance sampling or something like that in the light settings
