hi guys please tell how he use lighting to make it like this and he is on blender render or cycle render

i have this svg file and i can’t coloring it in blender

Each is a separate path and each has a separate material. Could offset the objects and set the materials as shadeless so it gives the pure color.

i make it with cycle render and couldn’t animate it as good as i want
