Line art hidden lines

Hi All
This cube has a Principled BDSF shader with an alpha of 0.3. I am using Line Art modifier on a grease pencil empty to draw the lines. What I would like though is for the hidden lines to be be faded or colored differently than the forground lines. I can’t seem to find a setting for this. Ideally it would also be nice if I could either change the width of the rear lines or even dash them - is this possible? This is rendered with Cycles in blender 3.0

Thanks

You need to do this as 2 separate GP objects with the line art modifier

change the occlusion settings to separate visible from hidden lines:

to do the dashes, you need to add a subdivide modifier set to simple, and then add a dot dash modifier

here is the file to play around with:
hidden gp lines.blend (847.3 KB) (cc0 license)

Thanks for that SterlingRoth. That got me exactly what I wanted. Now I have a different problem but that’s maybe for another question  Onwards and upwards !
