I want to model a boat in blender, is it possible to get a lineplan with dimensions when i finished the boat?

No, Blender is not the best tool for this sort of job, you’ll need CAD for output like that.

as ardee says, not the best tool…but if you really want to do it in blender, there is a script (blender caliper) for dimensioning models. a bit of a fiddle but it can be done.

you could model it in blender and the export to a cad app for production of drawings
