For this flower shop - I set myself a time limit of 1 hour to see how much I could do. - The building took just under 1 hour and then creating or importing the details/content/flowers took another hour. Then had to tweak lighting and materials, so took about 3 hours in total. This is a little longer than I would have hoped, but not too bad
