I can tell the safety inspector hasn’t been here yet. 
Great fantasy image! Pure and simple, to the point with its main absurdity. Lighting nicely emphasizes the verticalness of the scene.

I like it. Can I suggest a couple tweaks?
I think the tree roots should cling to the rocks more; assuming it started growing after its rock was already placed, I imagine it’s unlikely for the roots to want to grow out into the air.
Unless it’s a deliberate choice, I would make the tree leaves sit out further on additional branches; it looks odd for them to be clumping so close to the big branches like a fur or moss.
Last thing, minor, I think the ladder’s a bit too perfect and boxy.
