"Little Sanctuary"

The last of three projects I made a couple years ago(release 2.93) to
research Blender.

The project mostly focused on Blender Particle System(grass, flowers, trees, leaves, random density for objects and etc).

Honestly, I’m not a big fan of this artwork. It features many raw and unrefined elements, like spiky trees, unappealing vegetation, and peculiar birds in the background, which detract from its overall appeal.

However, one very important thing happened to me during this project: when I was working on this project, I realized that Blender has everything I need and is exactly what I had been looking for all this time. Since then, I’ve been using Blender daily for both work and personal projects. As a result, I decided to keep everything as it is and not make any changes it this artwork.

Everything was modeled, generated(particle system), sculptured and textured in Blender and rendered via Cycles. Trees were created via Skin Modifier. Boulders and stones created via Blender Sculpting tools. Tree leaves via Blender Texture Paint tool.

All postprocessing was made in Blender Compositor.
Final image “as it is” from Blender Compositor.

Very nice! Looks almost like a photograph - or a really detailed landscape painting, nice job!
