Little white dots in Yafaray renders

Hello,
I am still a bit of a noob at this, especially when it comes to Yafaray. I am trying to render out a logo for the company I work at but, there are a lot of little white dots in the background, not sure what they are. Anyone have an idea?

I found out that it had to do with my material settings in yafaray. I think it was either the “exponent” or the IOR.
