Hey! I’m Nyse, a solo game developer currently working on Everbloom, a stylized 3D isometric farming/island-building game made in Godot 4.
The basic idea is simple: the player owns magical floating islands, gathers resources, expands their land, grows crops, builds things, and gradually turns their island into something bigger and more beautiful.
I’m currently looking for a 3D artist who enjoys Blender and would like to collaborate on the project.
What I’m looking for
Someone interested in creating stylized, game-ready 3D assets such as:
Trees, plants and rocks
Buildings and farming structures
Fences, crates, tools and other props
Crops and farming-related objects
Environment/island assets- Other decorative assets as the game develops
You don’t need to be a professional artist. Beginner/intermediate artists are welcome if you’re motivated to improve and actually want to make a game.
What I do
I’m handling the programming and game development in Godot.
I’ve already started building the game rather than just planning it. The current prototype has the basic world/grid system, grid snapping, tile placement, click interaction, and other foundational systems.
The goal is for us to build the game together over time, with you focusing primarily on the visual side and me handling the programming/gameplay side.
About payment
I currently can’t offer upfront payment. This would be a hobby/indie collaboration.
If the game eventually generates revenue, compensation/revenue sharing can be discussed properly with anyone who becomes a serious long-term collaborator.
I’m not looking for someone to produce hundreds of assets for free. I’d rather find one person who genuinely likes the project and wants to build something together.
Why Everbloom?
I’m intentionally keeping the project relatively focused. It’s a farming/island-building game rather than an enormous open-world RPG, so we can actually make meaningful progress as a small team.
I’m also open to the artist having creative input on the visual direction. I’d like the art style to develop together rather than simply handing someone a giant list of assets.
Interested?
If this sounds interesting, feel free to comment or DM me with:
- A little about yourself
- Your Blender/3D experience
- Some examples of your work, even if they’re beginner projects
- What kind of games/art you enjoy
Everbloom is still early, but it’s being actively developed. ![]()
I’d rather find someone who wants to grow with the project than someone who is already an expert.
