I’d like to take an alternative approach to this project. Ideally I’m looking to hire someone who can do the full job I"m looking for, developing concepts, all the way through to creating the final 9x animations / motion graphics sequences for the end of the commercials I’m producing.
I’ve prepared a detailed brief about the job and what we’re looking for.
What I would love if you could do is take a read of the project brief. The client know they want each of the 9 ads to end with the 10 second product resolution sequence as described in the attached brief, but they have absolutely no idea how they want this to look or feel. I’ve had a few different people prepare concepts which they didn’t like.
I thought rather than just getting people to submit more concepts, maybe I could pay you an hour of your time to properly read and understand the brief and come back to me with some examples of other work you’ve seen - whether it’s animation, motion graphics etc, that’s well executed and is done in a style that you think would suit this brief well?
If there are any references you can find that my client likes, then we could talk about a project budget to create concepts for the client based on the references, and then if that’s all signed off, going ahead and making the final 9x product resolution sequences we need.
