Looking fora reference collecting program i forgot the name of.

I’m looking for a reference collecting program, but i forgot the name. It opened as a normal window and you could drag images from any source to it and resize, rotate, move and move it between layers. It also had option to where you could prioritize an image with a press of a button so it would enlarge the entire screen with that image until you pressed esc.

Sorry if this is a bit vague but i haven’t found the program or any like it using google (my google skills are bad i guess :p)

Nope, it was freeware/shareware.

you mentioned “shareware” so am i right in guessing that it was a OLD MicroBLEEPED XP or 98 program
