Loop through Float List in Animation Nodes

The following is the Animation node tree for a page turning animation and it works if the connection in item 2 in the image is intact.

The value shown in viewer at item 1 of the image, is it static or does it get updated for each item of the Object Instance list ? In my case, the viewer shows it as a float that does not change when the frame number changes.

The question is, if this value is 66.74999 for each object in the Loop, what difference does it make by disconnecting the noodle at item 2 as shown in the picture ?
