Loop Tool Circle behaving strangely....

Hi, I am having some trouble with the loop tool circle, it’s acting very strange.

So this is the selected vertexes

After pressing circle I got this result that I honestly have NEVER seen before.

Does it still freak out if you Apply->Scale first?

Select the mesh in Object mode, hit Ctrl-A and select Scale.
