ok hears the question I used to run blender in windows and still do but i recently got a macbook pro for school and have been using blender on it under osx and have run into a tear your hair out problem.
ok has anyone else run into the absence of the ability to render with the f12 key even if you hit the fn key
To adjust the keyboard shortcuts for OS X: open system preferences and choose mouse and keyboard and you can adjust the shortcuts there even turning it off for the OS. I am not at my Mac right now so exact details I can’t give right now.
