MacOS shortcut for select more/less

I’m trying to select several faces in an area to use for proportional editing but I can only do it from the Select tab and if I change it in preferences, some shortcuts may overlap.

Nevermind, I selected emulate numpad in Preferences > Input thanks to this post scroll down to see.
