It started showing as I dimmed the outside lights.
And I really wanted to do a night scene but the noise was even worse.
I am thinking it is because of the samples count and other settings?
I have a pretty cheap laptop and can’t go higher 
Your tips on it would be much appreciated 
You can check the “Denoising” option under layers tab when rendering with cycles.
Try to render with eevee, change from cycles to eevee in the render tab.
Eevee is much faster.

Hi thanks for your help!
I used desoining before but with the joker model I made but not with this yet.
I don’t know if if it was supposed to be that way but in the joker scene it messed up everything and made everything look more worse.
But I will surely try it out.
And yes eevee is awesome.But it really makes my models look more bad than it already is 
I use it for my animations though .
