how can i make a bridge between two faces ? thanx

Delete the faces in face select mode, go into edge mode with ctrl tab, select two corresponding edges and press ‘F’. Do this 4 times for the 4 sides.

what shape bridge do you have in mind?

Select the two faces. Switch to edge mode. Delete - Faces only. Then F - Skin edge-loops.
