Make the sound fade away

I want to when I change between two scenes to the sound fade until you cant hear it in order to bring the sound of the other scene softly.

Anyone knows how can I make that?

well, you must edit ( easier I guess, but you could get it with a F-curve) your sound files , in a “Sound Editor”, to get the “fade” effect ( if not done yet ), then just add " Sound Logic" to the “change scene” mechanism ( with delay if needed)!

Ahh, not so clear, I wanted to make it fade away at any time where I would change the scene.
