Male EXO - Playable Game-Ready Stylized Character

Only with BLENDER and Substance Painter, I created all of these assets, a PLAYABLE CHARACTER and Armor sets.

I use Blender for the entire pipeline—from blocking out and sculpting to retopology, UV mapping, and rendering—while using Substance Painter specifically for texturing.
I started by creating a base body first. So we can easily design and swap out different outfits or armor sets whenever the team needs.
I kept the hair, head, shirt, pants, and boots as separate meshes. This modular setup allows players to mix and match gear seamlessly in-game.
