Hi, This is my personal work.
Sculpting was done in ZBrush and Rendered in Blender with Cycles. Hair was also groomed in Blender.

This is incredible work - well done. The shirt collar could use some live though with stitching and down the front of the shirt. other than that it is just jaw-dropping

I think his neck is a bit too thick, he looks kinda like a sausage. Nice job otherwise.

If i really nit picked it… I would say that the likeness isn’t perfect. But the detail and realism is stunning. The only thing that is off is the thickness of this shirt. And that’s nit picking.

blood under the skin is too close to the surface, maybe because the sss radius is too high, and the skin looks too shiny, maybe by adding a specular map you can control the specular with better results
