many Ragdoll in scene

hi, my question is: how do I put many ragdoll on the scene?
someone has a blend file… please i need your help! I want to add my ragdoll by an empty in the scene,

the ragdoll was another layer. I have managed to add one, but, to add another this does not work :confused:
