Mario game

!!! UPDATE 3 !!! BOWSER FIGHT!!!

Its been a while since i have gave this thread attention, but i released a new video showing everything that i am making. I had been holding back but since i got close to abbandoning the project. I felt maybe i should stop holding back and show everyone what i have in order to help “boost” my productivity. So please leave some feedback. I wish i could release a demo but my files are kinda unorganized right now, and i want to give u guys something that represents what i feel a blender game should be.

awesome graphics, nice work!

Very nicely done!!!

@ leonn
Did u play the demo. if so what was you fps.

Looks GREAT

on my computer it runs at 30 FPS at least, runs pretty smootly,
I have a GTX 260, hablas espanol tambien?

ah the video is awsome, i cant dl right now but the physics and textures were flawless for a demo. how long do you have behind game design?

pretty awesome, mine ran at around 30fps nice

Wow, very nice work. The physics are very impressive and the gameplay is excellent (aside from a few glitches). The only suggestion I have is that it might be a good idea to replace the ripped mario model with an original model. Also, it ran at a steady 60 fps with full screen (1366 x 768 resolution). I have a Nvidia GeForce GTX 260M graphics card.

Edit: I take that back, I’m getting 100 fps (too bad the exe file limits the frame rate at 100 fps).

What did you do to make him run across the ground so smoothly? An track it the whole time, the constraint actuator?

Really awesome otherwise, my sister loves Yoshi, so she liked it to.

Coolness! I am getting about 60 fps in the .exe and 85 or so in the Mario.blend

This looks amazing!!

60 fps in WINE on Linux Mint 9. Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT 512 MB DDR3.

Getting errors to the terminal, though. No module named ‘random’. You need to include the Python26.zip for systems which do not have full Python install.

60 FPS

2.4 ghz Celeron
3 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 210, 1024 MB

hey, this is very professional!
and it runs 40-60fps on my very old Gef7600!

This is a very very very great job so far. Very impressive.

very professional! impressive.

Thanks everyone for all the feedback. I plan a showing off my new updates soon. Just getting all the bugs i can out. I plan on bringing back raccoon mario. If anyone has any suggestions i’m open to whatever. Thanks again.

Did you model the characters? It looks great!
