Hi, how do I add the tag … Mature content - Hover to show … for a single post?

i don’t think you can add it to a single post, only for the whole topic.

This is correct. A topic marked nsfw has all the images in that topic blurred. You can this tag by adding ‘nsfw’ to the tag list
