A free 2D animation package with sound. I D/L it to check it out, looks easy enough. They want to sell you extras, but for basics I don’t think that they are needed.

Looks good though, better then TISFAT anyway which is what I have now. Do you know if it has IK?
I don’t know about IK, but probably not.
Here is stickfigure animator for even younger kids. Man, I never had toys like this when I was a kid!
