Merging loops

How do I fix this…

…so that the two “loops” connect?

I know about loops and how they work except with deform in animation, so please no links to tutorials on loops.:slight_smile:

is this going to be subsurfed?

Yes it is. That is why I want it to be a single loop around the whole object.

I did manage to get the loops to connect on another part of my mesh.

But at an ugly cost.

I would prefer not using this method if possible.

I think this will solve the problem, if you don’t mind the new lines.
