I selected my mesh, then selected the armature. I then id Control P and selected Automatic Weights, but when I move the bone, the mesh doesn’t move with it.

You have a lot of faces overlaying so you should remove doubles, and anyway you have too many faces to make it easily workable, paintable, animable, etc… you will only suffer
How would I fix that? Like what keybinds would I need to do. Thanks!
you could un-subdivide or try to simplify your mesh but I think it will be easier to re-do the mesh entirely, and use Subdivision Surface to smooth it, not tons of faces, which will be unsustainable for animation anyway
