How do I get the mesh outline like I have on my paint image to also show on my opacity image?



It’s hard to see. Is your Image married to your UV cords? tab your mesh into edit mode, then call up the image in the UV editor with the UV cords selected. If they are not selected, those faces will not be assigned to your image.
(edit) did you mean you want to see the wireframe while you are texture painting?
