His face is way too tall, there’s not enough flatness too it (it should actually be more salamander-like than anything) and his tail needs to be longer and with a more exaggerated taper.

and his fingers too…they are supposed to be more together then at a 90 degree angle to eachother…good work though!

90 degree fingers was easier to model and good for rigging (if there ever will be any). 
Naw, ninety degrees is just splayed, they can be pulled together into a natural pose once the rig is in.

Odd Jacco that of all the things that could be thought about this picture…a “penis” is the first thing that came to your mind…let’s try to keep these posts clean eh?
His “snout” needs to be longer, and yes so does his tail, the tail should be almost 2 times as long and much thinner, (it sounds like alot but I think you should try it) and the purple comes up higher on his abadomen, in a front view it should just about split his legs from his body (as in there is not a single contenous path of white from his head to foot). Maybe the horns should be longer too, and take out the eyebrows, then his got the whole slits for a nose thing on top of the snout going on. (I looked at a few google picks but this is mostly based on my experince with SSBM, which seems like a pretty good represention of him)
It looks nice though, and how on earth did you get the menu buttons like that, those things should never get into perspective! That would be like turning your moniter down so it angles away from you and rendering mewtwo outside of the comp. o_0
