Yeah i read of this in the newspaper and i think it is freaking ridiculous!!
in 2004 they got fined with 500.000.000 euro for not sharing their discoveries and other developments+having a media player integrated into windows=making it hard for oth eroperating systems.
I just wish I knew WHAT the heck the EU is trying to accomplish in terms of legal and commercial precedents (think in terms of an overseas chairman). I don’t see this working in their favor in the long run.
I can see it now: corporations in Europe moving to China. Lawyers from all over the world moving to Europe.
