MMB rotating around a cursor / specific object problem.

Hi I got the problem mentioned in the topic and every time I try to rotate my view it rotates only around the center of the scene. I tried using different pivot points but nothing helped. Do I need to change something in preferences? I have got a three button mouse.:confused:

I am using Blender 2.79 on Windows 7.
