A mobius infinity symbol (from this angle, anyway) in rainbow colors as currently used for a Neurodiversity symbol. It’s Autism Acceptance Month, so I’ve also rendered a gold one.
I used a Texture Node’s Camera output for the rainbow material, I tried a bunch of stuff before I was happy with it (which is why the mobius has such careful UV mapping – this doesn’t use it, but earlier attempts did). Also intended an animation with the lighting rotating around it, which is what the parented empties were for, but found it too distracting – this lighting’s from my favorite frame of the animation attempts (a Nishita sky with a light reflector underneath).
The blend file renders with a transparent background, I gimp’d the forum-gray background into the pic for this post. CC0 Public Domain:
