this sure did take a while but it was fun!, i added alot of detail along with the motherboard, battery, SSN, numbpad, keyboard, USB, and more 
and thanks to sozap i got the idea to make my artwork more appealing!

One thing to improve the realism would be to find a Dell screensaver and add it to an emission node as a texture for the screen.
