Modeling and animating a cartoony bird - TURNTABLE ANIMATION

Hi all,

just wanted to get some feedback on my WIP.

It’s a stylized grackle that will eventually be animated. My main concern at this moment is the face area.

This is the concept model.

This is what I have so far (no subsurf yet until I get the topology right):

looks like the face right above the beak has some trouble smoothing out.
besides that it looks good
