Modeling Raven's Cloak

Hello there. I am requesting help on a character I am modeling. I am modeling Raven from Teen Titans, and the only part of her costume I need to complete is the cloak.

I’ve never modeled a hooded cloak. Does anyone else have any experience in modeling cloaks? If so, how would I do so?

Did you take a look at cloth sims? These are made exactly for that kind of thing, creating the folding and wrinkling to make lose fabric look realistic.
