Zalamander education in the USA is based on big $ and that is unethical to lead somebody on. I am actually here with Saint. But the problem is not the people with learning or physical disabilities but the fact that schools turned into a business and also prey actively.
I personally needed to let people pass who honestly should not have been even in the program. Fact.
However I am all for people to explore their interest - I am not sure however if a university is the best idea here.
But then again sadly the US hardly offers anything else there.

could you be more specific with details about what his abilities are?
When one side is using the joystick can something else use a device to push buttons for the keyboard?
I don’t see anything in the OP that mentions the person wanting to do a university or further education course.
Whjat kind of foot pedlas? Are they USB or midi, and are they custom or did you find them somewhere? That sounds cool, like blending could be like playing drums - I could use both hands, both feet…
And maybe additionally a voice control:
No clue if blender can work with this.
