Modelling by painting

I am sure, most members of this forum know zbrush, and the way, how you can model in that programm, by painting on the mesh, and displacing vertex along the normal axis. Is there somithing like that in blender as well?

B-Brush Sculpter under mesh in your scripts, I believe it was bundled with 2.41

You can use the B-Brush script, or try SharpConstruct ( ). Then you save as .obj and import in blender.
