Ignoring the rendering artifacts and noise, I feel this is about 80% finished, but still feels a bit boring. How can I make this more visually interesting?

This looks really great! I love the feel of the lighting and the slick set up of the house. Definitely looks like a cool place to own.
I might add something to the foreground like a fence or a stone/brick walk. Or cut out all the grass from those chairs and table down. While the eyes need a place to rest from all the detail, large spaces of nothing will make the viewer feel like something is missing
I also would look into adding some clouds to the sky behind the building. Either that or some light variance of color.
But don’t be afraid to have spots where the eyes can rest! You don’t need detail in every part

And that blank space definitely looks better with less grass on the bottom.
