Foliage is great, but correct the camera please. Make the house verticals parallel to the image.
Glass at the terrace must have divisions, it is not possible to have piece of that size. Glass tint is maybe too strong.

can you please have a look at it now…tint reduced,divisions added shifted camera and aligned with composition guidelines, its a low sample render for testing only!
