Sure, although I really do those materials thanks to an Addon, it’s like Substance Painter(It’s called Ucupaint), so it’s not a whole material that generates all that texture of skin or clothes, but a set of layers.
ahh I literally just started using Ucupaint.
I like the combo of 2D and stylized materials, it gives a really unique look. Keep it up!
