Morph between two meshes (step files)

Hi. I have two different meshes imported from step files. So their topology is not quads. I am not sure if that is important or not. Is it possible to use GN to morph between two meshes?

I found a few tutorials in yt morphing from basic geometry. In my case, this is different because I am merging between complex meshes and not quads.

This setup did not work.

Did you try to do this?

SDF, Volumes and Force Fields

Thank you for your positive feedback, Silex. I love about SDF that they give max freedom from topology. Textures could help to get rid of artificial look of SDF’s. Another attempt for a “Mesh to SDF” which ‘knows’ the difference from inside-mesh and outside-mesh. [Mesh_to_SDF] I love our new Mix node. Mesh to SDF and the Mix node give us a tool to blend arbitrary topology objects.

Different topology will not morph well, SDF (Volumes) dont have that restriction.
