Move camera for render

I have an object I want to render and no matter how much I move the camera all I see is this same small part of the object in the upper right corner. Is there a pan and tilt to the camera? All I know how to do is move the camera and lights around with right click.

I am using render > view render

‘view render’ is for displaying the previous render not for rendering new image
