Movie Clip Editor (Meta Strips)

I have made an animation (by creating it as JPEGs then as a QuickTime file), now I have used the Movie Clip Editor on Blender 2.69 to add sound effects. I did this then I made it a meta strip. I was wondering how do I save the meta strip as the QuickTime Movie so it has both the sound and the video?

In scene render properties turn on audio encoding. In post tab make sure the vse is selected for output.
